Hi, okay, if anyone out there could give me some idea on how to go about looking for a sleeping partner in one of my ventures...it would be super. Basically, on these 30 acres of land surrounded by sea privately owned and therefore very very exclusive and secluded, we the Nobles, are interested in partnering an eco friendly resort comprising of the posh-est form of tribal lifestyles found within the islands.
Meaning, we have about 13 tribes here and they all have different architectural lifestyles. So a cottage in the ethnicity of each tribe plus a trip down history lane into architecture of the british and japanese era is the sort of project we're looking at. For this, we can provide the land we need operating costs provided and subsequently there will be profit sharing involved at a negotiable percentage.

the grand making
What goes into the making of a floating restaurant.
It's not just about the licences and permissions. More importantly, it's about why we're doing what we're doing. we're doing this because no where in the Andaman and Nicobar islands will you find a fully eqipped sea cuisine restaurant with its own fish farm just off the coast of a private island.
Although the food will be served only between 7 am and 7 pm, it'll be worth it. I assure you the fun will not stop at that if God willing. With your participation and help we can take this forward to including kayak tours - to british ruins and other islands nearby. Also, already existing is fishing. in addition, a house boat resort is nearing completion. So it should all be simultaneously working for your own betterment. To those involved in Kayaking or any other water sports facilities, don't just supply your boats, participate, be a pat of it all, come be partners, include your trained staff with your brand and expertise into a place screaming for it.
Even the kayaking and wind sailing and other water sports that we will be offering will be an experience unique to the islands, because there isn't any water sports facilities available. We're looking for young enthusiastic partners, or companies with a vision to come forward and propose their ideas and what they'd like to do around the island. We'd be only too glad to join hands with you'll to give these islands and all the tourists, and adventure enthusiasts who visit, a time of their lives.

The game plan
hi, just to clarify: this is the begining of the restaurant at the begining of the universe. This is just a trial. We will keep you posted once the restaurant is fully functional.
